Coolpad India — Coolpad note 5 charger & service issues | |||||
Dear sir, I procured coolpad note 5 from amazon site. After couple of months charger was not functioning. I called coolpad service center & submitted it to nearest service center viz. Vision tech, pimpri, pune on 16th march. However, till date, the complaint didn't get resolved. I called many times, but no use. From my coolpad note 5 when i video call receiver could not see me insted they get green blocked screen but i can see them .HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM PLZ HELP ME. i think the latest software version is not good i can able to call in older version
