Sir, I had booked cool pad note 5 mobile via amazon.com. I had received the item on 6th October 2017.After 15th day 21 st October it's speaker gone out of order. At Jamshedpur there is no Authorized service center. I had called Cool pad Toll free no. on 22nd Oct. but no result.Please resolve my problem. What to do? Incoming call is not ringing. No Authorized Service center at Jamshedpur. Old Service center Mr. I.T. Service had refused. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir I am using Coolpad note 5 for the past 6-7 months still I had not get the update of Android nougat 7.0 so kindly help me to update my device from Android 6.0 to 7.0 reply me as soon as possible
