Coolpad India — Coolpad service centre complaint regarding so delay of mobile repairing. | |||||
Dear CEO, I am writing this letter to lodge an official complaint about the unsatisfactory service of coolpad service centre that i received in your service centre located at C-10, Sector 10, NOIDA, UP(INDIA). I have been visiting your centre for long time.I am completely disappointed with the kind of service offering.I had submitted my mobile phone Coolpad Dazen 1 with mobile code DB5310776 and IMEI no. [protected] at your service centre for repairing on 16th january 2017.Now more then 1 month have been spent but they did not return my mobile phone . Kindly go through my complaint and take appropriate action against it .Otherwise i will complaint officially to consumer forum, government of India.
