Coolpad India — fingerprint and battery backup issues

I brought a new coolpad note5 from amazon on 7 july 17.
After 2 month o[censored]se fingerprint is not working and battery backup is also reduced.
It starts in 1 st month and now fingerprint sensor is 100% us
Even though it's not even responding so please resolved it or take your cellphone back it's just westing of money.
Intial battery backup was good but now it has reduced
