Coolpad India — It is too bad

I bought coolpad note 3 lite .. It was working fine but suddenly it stoped working and wont power on. So i gave it to service center in Touch of Khairupalace.. They said that the phone will get repaired in 10-15 days maximum.But it is over30days but they does not call or text me.i called costomer care 'they said the part that need for my hanset is not availabil in india.Please help and give me some solution to my problem...
