Coolpad India — Network Issue not resolved even mainboard replacement - Coolpad Cheated | |||||
Hi Customer Care Team, I bought Coolpad Note 5 (Royal Gold, 32 GB) on 24-Apr-2017, It has multiple problem from the day when I bought it from Amazon: a) Poor Incoming outgoing Audio b) Call dropping c) Poor Network d) If you are in phone, within 2 minute, second party will not able to listen you. e) Incoming call cannot picked up many times I went to service center on 30th May-2017, with all those above problems & they updated the software and send me back to home. The problem was still there and I went again to Service Centre 31st-May-2017, They took my cellphone and send it for Mainboard replacement. As per Service Centre Team, The phone fixed from Noida Centre and they replaced Mainboard. I am still having same issue, I am fed-up from this cellphone. I sent an email to customer care on 19-June-2017 with all above issue, They asked me for some details which I provided. Now they also not responding. Now I need my money back with interest amount.
