I buyed a cool pad phone from amazon after two months my mobile mother board got fried my phone was under warranty so i went to service center[protected] and give them my cell phone they told me they will repair and return on[protected] but now they are not attending call and not giving me my cellphone. I don't know when will my dead cell phone will repair

We have visited many times to the service center and every time they ask to us to come back after 1 week
