I have submit my coolpad note 3 to your authorized service provider on 20/05/2017 regarding touch and display issue and in warrant. But still yet not receive my handset.in now a days service has much faster but sorry to say worst service.
Sg infotech had give me contact no.[protected] to information about our mobile but the no was not working at all, and i am totally upset for this. How this people are orders all parts that still they did not receive any orders i cant understand why the orders are so delayed to delivered.

Coolpad company doesn't want to give better services to customer? Or your authorized service provider?

I hoping that coolpad company will work on it and give better sevices to customer.

I request you to give a better authorized service provider not like sg infotech its worst worst worst worst and worst service provider.

I want my mobile back with repaired as fast.
