Coolpad India — smartphone in warranty period submitted not getting back. | |||
Sir/madam, I bought the coolpad note 3 lite on 26 august 2016 and it developed some display problem on 22 july 2017. Since the device was in warranty period on 27 july 2017, i submitted my phone for service at one the authorised service center of coolpad. The service center people accepted the phone and also agreed that phone is in warranty period and told me that the phone has some display problem which will be fixed and i will get my phone back with 15-20 days. It's been almost three months since the device was submitted and coolpad is not providing and information about the phone. Every time i contact the service center the say its with company's office and we don't have the device anymore and when i contact the customer service center of coolpad the just repeat the same information as mentioned in the job sheet which i already have, its been a long time since i gave the phone and i am not provided any sort of loner cell phone i am facing a lot of difficulties and i'm out of patience too. The company should be able to get the phone fixed by now and have returned it as the phone didn't have any major issue just a part replacement was needed. All i want is my phone back with issue fixed or replaced with the same phone as it was in warranty period. I brought cool1 Phone this year. After 3months it accidentally slipped and fell. Display was interrupted initially by some lines and then almost. 80% screen is black .
