It is to inform you that i purchased a mobile cool pad cool one model c103 on dated 10, 06, 2017. When i reached your mobile servicing center dated 18.11.2017, the shop no.159 bc tower at sigra varanasi, i gave him the purchased bill to servicing center person, after seeing the bill he talked me very roughly and not saw the mobile. I bought the Coolpad cool 1 dual and I have been using for two month till date.after two month o[censored]sage the phone takes 12-13hours to get fully charge
I have remove all the unnecessary apps and whatever necessary required I have done it.
But there is no improvement .
So how can I solve this problem??
