1. I already handed over Mobile to above mentioned Service Center and they Charged Rs.1500/-.

2. On 18.07.2016, Mobile automatically switched Off and cannot Switch On till now.

3. In Your Service Center, Erode, Tamil Nadu, they are charged Rs.1500 as per below enclosed Job Sheet.

4. I have used mobile only from June, 15 onwards.I here by attach the invoice also.

5. Kindly refund My Amount and Compensation for My Loss of Pay, Time Waste, etc.,

6. Mobile Phone is given to Service Centre Erode, Tamil Nadu on 19.07.2016, till date no response.

7.I have lot of Pressure due to Your defective Product like Loss of Pay, Time, Money etc.,

8.I only bought the Product only on the basis of Trust Brand.

9.I need compensation for your dissatisfied Mobile and Customer service.
