Coolpad note 3 lite. I have purchase this model of coolpad note 3 lite in april '16 from the online store amazon. Since the purchase no update has come to me in the last 17 months of purchase. Poor technical support and poor customer service. Stupid engineers not able to release an update. Help as fast as possible regarding my compliant. I will be very thankful for you and your team. Battery dying very soon when.See by morning 8 clock will be full 100%. by max to max 5 to 6 hours my mobile will get switch off. So kindly requesting you to refund my amount i dont want use this stupid mobile.
