Coolpad — Received Damaged Mobile | |||
I purchased coolpad note 3 lite from amazon. I received damaged mobile the mobile was making noise while vibrating, Another problem I faced after 3 months was the mobile was not getting charged. I went to customer care for repairing they told me to pay 1350 for repairing. The mobile in still under wattenty period it is just 3 months old. Coolpad is not ready to reply to my emails. I had submitted my coolpad dazen mobile in service center 2 months ago but steel they are saying parts are not available and they are not giving a fixed time when it will available.
