Dear sir/madam,
I am making this complaint regarding a massive fraud by coolwinks.com, denying refund against 100% moneyback offer.
I had purchased some goggles, each having worth between 1500 and 2000 from coolwinks.com through online shopping. I made all the payments in prepaid mode as their 100% moneyback offer had this condition. I had enquired customer care each time before placing the order whether i was eligible for 100% moneyback offer or not. Each time, i was told that i was eligible for 100% moneyback offer and i could go ahead with purchase of goggles, without any worry. So, i placed some orders satisfying their terms and conditions. I was told to wait for 14 days post-delivery of items in order to receive the 100% money refund. The goggles were of very low quality and they sold it for[protected] rupees. However, i purchased them as i thought i would be getting 100% refund as per moneyback offer.
After waiting for more than 14 days, when i did not receive my refund as per 100% moneyback offer, i contacted customer care. I was told that they initiated the refund and i was again told to wait for 5-7 more days. I waited for more days as per their advice, however, i did not get the refund again. Then again, i called them, and this process continued a lot of times. Every time, i was given assurance that i would receive the refund of money soon. It has been more than 1.5 months in this case, however, till now i have not received the refund. Now, today when i again called the customer care, i was told that i would not receive 100% moneyback in more than 2 orders. I told them i had placed orders only after assurance from customer care that i am eligible for 100% moneyback offer. Then, how can they now deny the refund. However, they simply kept on denying for refund and then cut the call.

However, these orders are of just 1 coolwinks.com account. I had ordered from some other accounts also, related to my family members’ accounts. This way, i have not received a lot of refunds.
I am a senior research scholar at iit kanpur, one of the best research institutions of india and my schedule is generally very busy. I had to waste a lot of time and energy due to coolwinks fraud in the last 1.5 months. I have undergone a lot of mental trauma and frustration with coolwinks behavior. At the last, i am raising the issue on consumer court.
I am not the only person who is suffering from this cheat by coolwinks. There might be thousands of customers who might have been fooled by coolwinks in this manner. This seems a massive fraud by coolwinks in the name of 100% moneyback offer. Through this forum, i request the concerned authorities to take a strict action in this case and help in getting my as well as other customer’s money refunded back to their respective accounts.

    I had bought computer glasses on 12th may and there was 100% moneyback offer has been going on for payment via google pay. I paid via google pay. My glasses has been delivered but i haven't got my moneyback.
    I have there written mail where they have mentioned that i will receive cashback within 14 days.
    I have written proof emails and payment screen screenshots where they mentioned that i will get cashback. It was written by coolwinks team that i will get casback within 14 day.

    They lied to me till 14 days that i will receieve cashback within 14 days and after 14 days they are denying. If they would have denied under return period then i must have returned the glasses. This is total scam by their customer support and there applications.

    Please help.

      As per the terms and conditions. Customer care person told i will receive 1000₹ cashback after 14days from the date of delivery.
      100% cashback on min. Order value rs. 2500.
      Offer
      Max cashback rs. 2500. (Rs.1500 cashback will be credited instantly and rs. 1000 will be credited 14-days post-delivery of the product.)

      This offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer.


      They have no where mention it's is not eligible it is not valid if customers use cool cash.
      They are cheating the users.

      We have not clubbed any offer, still the amount which they are suppose to receive after 14days from the time of delivery has not received. If customers are not eligible than they should have not got 1500₹ also. So that the customer could have cancel the order. But after 14 days customers can't return nor even they receive the cashback.

      In my invoice it's mention wallet amount no offer.
      When i talk to the customer care they don't have any answer so they are reporting the same line. Cool cash is consider as a offer but for offers we have a separate option.
      Also at the payment page we get a pop if we select the payment stating we are not eligible for the offer.

      So why in this case i didn't got the popup.
      Also the cashback amount shown on the payment page was 2500₹

      What i need to do now?

        I've ordered products worth 1520 from coolwinks and paid through google pay and it showed 100% money back is applicable for me.
        After receiving the product i contacted costumer service and asked them whether i'm eligible for money back offer, they simply said i'll receive money back post 14 days of the delivery if im eligible but didn't said whether am i eligible or not and disconnected the call, i've tried calling but i couldn't reach them as lines were busy
        Again ive contacted them after 16 days post delivery and they said that i'm not eligible for money back as i've applied some coupon but why on earth does it show 100% money back while paying and i even requested to return the product for refund they denied it saying refund policy ends in 14 days post delivery then i got there fraud trick which is they make you wait with out information of your eligibility untill the end of return policy and they deny when showing return policy when u come to know you are not eligible..
        A well planned fraud.. Costumer should be helped to know the eligibility but costumer service guys deny the information and when costumer got the information they should be allowed to return stuff or given the money back for the mistake or mis leading of costumer executives

            I was ordered a power sunglases coolwinks gime me 1250 cashback and further cashback will be received in after 14 days but the cashback not received they told me you are not eligible if was not eligible then why you provide me half cashbck and i coll on the helpine number within 14 days your agent said that you are eligible for cashback you wait for 14 days you will received your cashback its totally fake site don't belive ok this site guysss.

              I have been a regular customer of coolwinks.com since 2017 but this time they broke my trust...
              Coolwinks is cheating it's loyal customers by the offer named 'get 100% cashback after 14 days of delivery' don't fell prey to this trap, they never give that amount by making worthless excuses. Disgusting service received this time.
              The scam is going on since this year and many people have been looted in this scam please be assured that after 14 days nothing will be given to you except excuses. So beware!

                I, rohit vaghasiya, placed my order on coolwinks on 4th of june.

                And that order was under offer of 100% cashback by payment through paytm wallet for minimum amount of rs. 2500/- for 1st time ordering customer and i have placed an order of rs. 2802/- and at the placement of the order, i was completely eligible for 100% cashback and hence their application has granted me to go ahead with 100% cashback to place the order and i did it so...

                Into that condition was that rs. 1250/- will be payable by paytm and balance rs. 1250/- was payable by coolwinks.

                I immediately received rs. 1250/- from paytm but not received another rs. 1250/- from coolwinks and because of this i have raised my refund query on the same day i. E. 4th of june, 2019 and they raised my query ticket no: 40650 and commit to reply with answer within one working day but not answered yet...

                I again raised my query for the same on 16th of june, 2019 and they again raised my query ticket no: 60492 and again commit to reply with answer within one working day but no any answer received since 21st june, 2019.

                I observed that, late answer was given intensionally to laps my order return policy as it was 14 days to return my order. And they answer me after 18 days i. E. On 21st of june, 2019 for my cashback eligibility. So, i ask them to return that order and demand to give me full refund against my return request but they bluntly reply and refused to grant me for refund by applying terms that you have lapse return policy days.

                This is happened due to their intensionally late reply against my query and now they are not answering me with proper solution.

                Please help me for this problem..

                  Hello sir, coolwinks didn't give me rs.1000 paytm cashback.

                  Payed by paytm - rs 3329 (After deduction of rs 1375 coolcash.)

                  I had ordered spactacles after seeing (Flat rs.2500 paytm cashback offer banner, rs 1500 cashback will be given within 24 hours of placing order and rs 1000 cashback after 14 days from date of delivery)

                  After ordering i received rs 1500 cashback. My order was delivered on 6th june. Even after 14 days of delivery i didn't receive the remaining rs 1000 cashback. So i contacted customer care, they said i will get only rs.1500 cashback because i had used coolcash while ordering. But in terms and conditions of the offer there was not written anywhere that i cannot use coolcash. Besides in the payment page it was clearly shown that i was eligible for the offer. They are not taking return too saying that return period is over.
                  Please look into these. I need either cashback or i want to return it

                    HELLO SIR, COOLWINKS DIDUCTED RS.1014 FROM THE TOTAL REFUND AMOUNT (Rs.2534).

                    I ordered this on 06 june after seeing Flat Rs.2500 paytm cashback offer banner ( that was showing offer validity 05-11 june ). ( I have proof, i took offer screenshot on 06 june )
                    But a few days after, you changed the offer banner with only Rs.1500 paytm cashback ( with same validity ).
                    Then i contacted customer care, they said i will get only rs.1500 cashback because the offer with rs.2500 cashback is expired on 04 june.
                    If i don't get the benefit for which i ordered it, then why i will accept this order.
                    SO I DIDN'T ACCEPT THE ORDER AND IT WAS RETURNED BACK.

                      I was ordered a spects on coolwinks. At the time of order I had a 100% cash back offer. I received a damaged product. Hence I was initiated a return in 10 th day the website says that you can return your product within 14days. They are not picking my spects and they are not responding my emails. They are texting like

                        Coolwinks makes fake offers and try to lure customers by making the terms and conditions confusing in a way to cheat people. This is not fair practice and they should not cheat customers. On top their customer care when called confirmed that i am eligible for the cashback offer. When i waited for 14days and when called they said you are not eligible and i cant return product since the return window is closed. So this is clearly a case of trying ot fool people by not sharing information upfront and wiating till return period is over and then saying you are not eligible.

                          I placed order on coolwinks on 16th of may for rs1551 and paid thru apay wallet during which there was a offer from coolwinks 100% moneyback in addition to apay cb.
                          I had hotstar prize in amazon of 100% cb up to rs1000 on coolwinks paying thru apay wallet. So immediately after placing the order i recd rs1000 cashback from amazon for hotstar prize.
                          After lots of complaints i recd msg from coolwinks on 11th of june as cashback processed. Again on 13th of june i recd msg frm coolwinks as REFUND INITIATED as if i hv returned or cancelled the order.
                          Bcos of the technical issue from coolwinks side instead of issuing 100% moneyback dey initiated REFUND OF rs1551. Bcos of dat amazon adjusted the cashback i recd for hotstar prize and refunded only rs551 to my original source of payment.
                          If i ask amazon dey r saying u hv recd refund so we hv adjusted cashback dat we gave already. From coolwinks dey r saying instead of moneyback we hv initiated refund due to technical issue.
                          Bcos of the technical issue from der side my hostar amazon cashback of rs1000 has been deducted and i recd only rs551.
                          Pls help me het my rs1000 from coolwinks or amazon whoevr is responsible.
                          I hv attached the snapshot of offer terms n conditions in dat 11th point clearly says pay via apay, airtel wallet, gpay and get ADDITIONAL CASHBACK OVER AND ABOVE THE 100% MONEYBACK
                          Please help credit my RS1000.

                            I ordered my eyeglasses on 9 May 2019 under 100% cashback offer period.
                            The item was delivered on 16th May 2019.
                            And the cashback had to come after 14days .
                            Its been 1 months and i havent received the cashback.
                            I have constantly called at coolwinks for the issue.
                            5-6 times i have complained but my issue is not resolved.
                            Every time they ask for 5 days and when i again call after 5 days.They tell me the same thing.
                            I am highly troubled by the response i m getting from there.

                              I didn't get my refund of 1888 /- rs they are telling that we have credited the amount. But I can not see in my account. I asked them to share the transaction Id to me, but they are refusing it.

                              As per there terms and condition 100% money back guarantee, after delivery of the product I should get my money in my account(i.e. on 07/06/2019) . But it is been 10 days completed they not only respond to the mails but they also didn't receive the calls. Please file a case against them

                                Hi, I had purchased eyeglass from Coolwinks under Order Id: CW[protected]. Payment of rs 2094 was done through credit card. Still the cashback of Rs 2000 is not done as per the offer. Order was delivered on 1st June 2019. Today 14 days are over still there is no communications regarding the cashback. Trying to call the customer care, but coming continuous executives are busy. Please look into the matter.

                                  On 7th june at 12:10 am i ordered 2 sunglasses, after applying discount coupon I had to pay 388 rupees.
                                  So i sent that money to COOLWINKS through GOOGLE PAY. Payment was succesful and money got debited from my bank account but suddenly i got message from coolwinks that order not succesful..
                                  7 days are passed and until yet everyday they telling me "after 24 hours u will get refund or order confirmation"..i waited for 5 days...but they started to avoid my call ..everytime i call them they listen to me and at the end reject call without any soultion...Then i called GOOGLE PAY to ask about this...GOOGLE PAY told that payment is successful at the same time I ordered ( It means money recieved by coolwinks on 7th june and company is lying to me for 7-8 days continuously)..
                                  Im very much exhausted to call them again..bcz they are avoiding me and not even responding well..after 5 days when GOOGLE PAY raised complaint for investigation of this matter...suddenly coolwinks started to tell that "yes money is recieved by us and there was bla bla error" (such a [censored] coolwink)...
                                  Till 7 days passed and i didnt get my money...please help me what can i do?

                                    I am supposed to get 1500 cashback for my order on coolwinks and i have been calling the customer service for past 7 days . firstly they don't receive the call, they keep my call on waiting. when they receive they say we have forwarded the issue it will be credited in 2 days and till now i have not received the amount. I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM AND FINE THEM WITH HEAVY PENALTY FOR CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS. IF THIS ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED HERE I WILL GO TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITIES

                                      I ordered 2 sunglasses worth Rs. 1693. Order Id: CW[protected].
                                      The order date was 26 May 2019. Order was delivered on 28th May.                                       I had done payment through amazon pay wallet. After payment when I did not get the cashback, then I approached via mail to customer support, they replied that you will get cashback after 14 days are passed after delivery. Attached screenshot for the same. I have then waited for 14 days after delivery date of 28th May. When I did not received the cashback till 11, 12, 13 Jun, I again written the mail and then they replied they have technical issue in mail support call on support number, attached screenshot. On calling to given number, no one is picking the call. Most of the time it says lines are busy, when it automatic pickup, then also it keep saying all our customer support executives are busy at this time.

                                      I need to have the cashback on my wallet as promised.

                                        Coolwinks has cancelled my order without me knowing about it and saying that payment is failed. I have marked payment through phonepe .
                                        And when I asked phonepe customer care they said that payment is successful. Phonepe added my refund in phonepe wallet as cashback.
                                        I want justice in this case because my fault is not there in any side in this case.I want my order.
