14% gov tax pay kro bola tha 4620rs and 3 din me led tv apke ghar delevery agr apko led tv nhi chahiye to cash bhi mil jayega 33000rs maine cash k liye apply krne. Ko kaha. To fir usne mera account number liya aur bola 3 days me aapke account me 33000rs + 4620 rs total 39620 rs jama ho jayega maine wait kiya 3days. Uske baad bola aap 10000rs aur jama krdo maine kr diya fir 10 din tak usne call nhi uthaya fir prabhat ne phone uthaya usne kaha aapka payment gov se ruka hua hai aap 3000 rs dedo mai abhi jama krva deta hu... Total 1999+4620+10000+3000=19620rs plz help me refund my money total 19620rs

First they call me and said that sir buy some products from us we will give you a gift which you got in it I paid RS 350 for keychain afterthst they called me n said I want a Dell laptop of rs 85000 thousand but caompy buy it in bulk so we having the value only rupees 75000thousand so now you only need to pay tax of laptop 14% n now I paid rupee 9598 something then next call is for courier charge for it 15000 for bluedart nd now next call if sir we don't having laptop so we providing 1lakh 52 thousand rupee as gift so just paid rupee 18000 again. I made quit from this total I lost my 54798 rupee in this fraud company last time they having name open2kart now they changed it into fashion2hub now I want my money back I will fight for it and now going for consumer court for case

I have placed an order #[protected] on 08/12/16 and pay Rs 1999 thru online (payUmoney) after getting one call from open2kart representative (named ADITYA RAJ) from the no.[protected] for some promotional offers. He Confirms that i will get one free gift along with my order product (combo offer 4) and also receive mail confirmation regarding the same, but after that not getting any mail confirmation and not any reply while i am trying to make calls.

Now i want to cancel the order and refund my money back and also want to take legal action against the company.

Please look up the matter and help to initiate the refund at the earliest.

Thiis is my previous mail copy, which were sent on 29/12/16 and after that reminder on 03/01/17 & 07/01/17 and 04/02/17 respectively. But nothing is happening neither receive my money back yet.

Please look up the matter and sort out the things and refund my money back.

I have ordered shoes of rs.1700/- on 6th dec-2016 vide order no.[protected] at www.open2kart.com website and made payment of rs.1700 through payumoney. But till date they have neither send ordered product nor refunded money. I am trying to contact them but they are not taking calls. I have also writen e-mails but they are not replying.
Please help me to get my money back from open2kart.com.

Today I have received a call from open2kart.com. They told me they have launched new e-commerce website with payment tie up with payumoney.com. For your first order you will be eligible for an assured gift. and if you are not satisfied with our services. you can cancel your order any time. They made me purchase one item through his site. I made payment through payumoney.com. later they told me release payment through payumoney.com. I did....

I have received a call from open2kart web site as they said that if I make a online order of their combo no.5 from open2kart . they will definitely give a gift. as i have order of combo no 5 later they told me that an Iphone5s is in gift for and tp receive this gift i have to Rs.13650 for minimum chatrge for tax purpose as i have paid this amount also. But till now I have not got that gift. Later I have called to open2kart helpline and from there customer care office told me to pay another 9000/0 to get the gift or pay Rs.4600 to cancel this offer.

I am totally confused to listen to this . I have reveced the combo offer on[protected] after the placing order on[protected] order no[protected]. But my another order no[protected] for gift is still not received)

I request to return the my money or send the gift .

But these guys are not attending my call. even i called payumeney help centre but these guys are not willing to help me. I just want to refund of money for that i willing to take legal action against them also. Sir, mujhe shreya +[protected] is no. Se call aayi 24 sept ko 5:32 pr mujse kaha ki aapko deal of the day ka offer diya ja rha h aapko in 5 offer m se koi ek order krna h. Uske sath aapko 110% gift milega maine 1999 /- ka order place kiya. Fir maine jaise hi custumers ka review dekha tb mujhe pta chala y fraud. Kripya mere rupay refund kare.

Open2kart.com is a site from where on 11th aug. they called me and said they are promoting their wevsite so They promised me assured gift with a combo of 1999 but after buying that they said i have to pay the tax amount and insurance amount of that gift which they said is refundable in 24 hours but since then there is no gift no refund. they are not responding to my calls even their manager is not responding. i m going to register a FIR against them and i will drag them to court is anything similar like this is happemed with you then this is the only way left and for pthers beware of these fraud sites

Open2kart company calls me. I purchase combo offer worth rs. 1999..they said i won a gift LED tv worth rs 35000.. they demanded to pay service tax 14% worth rs. 5040..then they offered me to take money amount of TV..and they again take amount of rs. 7786 for id verification..and promised to give rs.66000 to my account but now they are demanding 12000 rs. More and not ready to refund my money

This company calls me and said ur no.. Is win an offer for that you have to purchase of 1999 and give one assured gift.. I orderd.. But now i want to cancel this order.. Now company said ur order will not cancel.. I dont know why they are now not pick up my call.. Plz help. There is many people behind this fraud.. Please help to get back my refund..
