Coolwinks — denied 100% cashback | |||||
I placed order of eyeglasses with Coolwinks, after that, Coolwinks customer executive called me, i clearly ask her, 'Is my order eligible for 100% Cashback offer' she replied 'Yes sir, as per terms and conditions, you are eligible. Cashback will be processed 14 days post delivery'. Now they are denying cashback saying You have selected Zero price frame, and this is clubbing of offer. Cashback cannot be processed.
