    I have order a specs on 28th September, 2021 and received after almost 13-14 days, after i checked the power was somehow not appropriate till then their app got deleted from playstore and their website was under maintenance since 2-3october till date i e 1st November, 2021. I tried to connect through call and requested to issue a return requested, and Sukhwinder i guess he said he have placed a pickup request on my adress and after pickup once the product reaches their office they will refund me, and also a tracking id would be provided me to track the status of the order, now its been more than 15days no response even i tried to call their number doesn't connects, app deleted, website deleted no reply via mail what is goin on? I guess they have looted my money. Be aware everyone from such companies and i will complain further untill my issue is not resolved.

      Hi - Please help me that I have purchased a eye glasses from coolwinks in the month of April 21, but the frame material was very poor that the frame has been broken without force.

      Now they are refusing to replace frame as well while I am ready to pay for frame.
      Coolwinks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Anyone -- please do not buy products from coolwinks because they are using very poor Material..

        Coolwinks is a really bad company in which they provided me bad quality product ( recived used and damage in right lense on top corner side) dat I already returned back to them on 7 September 2021 still the status of return date is incorrect showing me 1jan0000 what a fraud is going on by this company I really don't know but I need help to send them a warning letter to give my money back that I spent on the product as I already returned it back so I need my money back.           We order spects from coolwinks website on 27 July 2021 and thought that it will take 2 to 3 days as there was no ETA mentioned. Since then we been following up and they say that it will delivered in 2 days but that never happened. Without spects its so difficult to manage. ORDER ID: CW[protected]

            I received the wrong product from coolwinks and complained about this to coolwinks. They placed a return request and I returned the same product which I received because it was different and also of too poor quality that it was not even worth rupees 100 but they charged me Rs.1700 for that. But even after reaching the product to their warehouse, they didn't even start the process of quality check for 3 days. After complaining to the customer support they started the quality check and after 1 day they sent an email to my registered email that they have received a non-coolwinks product so they can't refund my money. They even sent an image too which was completely different from the eyeglass which I returned. Now they are putting all the blame on me that I have sent the wrong product and that's why they can't refund my money. Why didn't do the quality check when they took the product from me during the return and now they are saying that they can't refund because they have received a different product.

              I have purchased my spectacle from cookwinks on 3rd Feb, 2021. Today it's coating turns yellowish and whole things looks yellowish while wearing it. I have purchased high quality premium lens for this having 1 year warranty. I didn't get any customer support.

                Hi,
                I have purchase my spectacles from Coolwinks, Order No. CW[protected] DATED: 30TH DEC. 2020. And in just 50 days it got broken upon logging complaint with their Support Desk they have out rightly denied for any resolution. Then i have escalated the matter with their Grievance & Nodal Officer over the Email. After 02 Days i got the reply from their Grievance Office Mr. Kapil Raghav, [protected] to get in touch with Support Team for assistance where they have already denied any solution to this. Upon calling on his Mobile there was No Response. Best part is nowhere on the Invoice this is mentioned. The reason of breakage is of Poor Quality frames made up of cheap Plastic not due to any mishandling.

                With this Email i am looking forward of Full refund from them.

                And with this Experience i want to highlight never ever buy products from Coolwinks, else you will be in the same situation.

                    Coolwinks is one of the worst application. With the complete fraud system. There application is not at all reliable. They cheat customer by providing false information about their lenses features and above all this there is nobody who could resolve your problem and understand your Grievances. Ordering from Coolwinks is nothing but wasting your time, money and energy.as I got the damaged lense from left side and even after returning the product there is no response from the coolwinks team for the refund and also one more thing in the return menu it's still showing product is in transit but yesterday on 2nd January 2021 they have recieved the product but still it's showing me return product picked/in transit wt rubbish is it?? My eyes getting worse by this as I trusted them and they gven me damaged product and used after returned still no refund recived yet srsly terrible I paid the amnt of rs 1471 to them.. order I'd:-CW[protected]

                      I got injured by using coolwinks computer glasses.they said we have no return policy is over.but they cheat me by sending cheap quality of specs .I reached them but no use they said no means no.glasses and frame too worst quality.please teach them a lession.i lost my money by believing them.please I need justice.i need replacement for the inconveniences.i need compensation.please bann like that fake sites they cheat customers.i need compensation.

                          I placed an order from coolwinks on 24th July which was delivered to me on 30 july.
                          When I found the wrong product in the box, the man called coolwinks, he asked what issue you are having. I told that I had recive the product incorrectly.
                          He said, okay you return self, We will refund you.
                          Then when the product was delivered to them, their tone changed. Now they are saying that the product is wrong so they will not give refund.
                          I have a picture of the product received. The photo he sent,
                          That you have sent the wrong product, while both products are the same in the photo.
                          I did the refinement due to getting the wrong product from Coolwink.
                          Even then they are saying that we have received the wrong product.
                          But not give my refund

                            I placed two eye frames but i received only one frame i paid 1960/- rs i raided a concern, but still now coolwinks agents are not in a position to answer my issue

                              I feel coolwinks executives aren't listening or understanding my situation and issues.
                              The query is related to the past order with this order and i am explaining it to you. The order delivered to my parents on 17th july evening. I told my father to keep it on my draws where i use to keep eyeglasses. Further my mom asked to return it as i wasn't at home so that i can check it and on her advice i placed a return for the order. The pickup had to be done within 4 days but pickup boy arrived soon on another day itself.in hurry my mother sent you the identically looking frames in which one frame was exactly the same and just one black small metal stick was missing on another. Being the same appearance of eyeglasses she had picked and given that to pickup boy. I had called coolwinks on 25th july regarding the product wether they've received or not and they said they'll check the quality and initiate the refund within 48 hours. But on 30 july i got a call from coolwinks and he said the refund couldn't be initiated as product received is wrong, and on that day with unawareness as i was not at home, i said them that they've sent right product and requested them to recheck it. On 31 they called me and i was talking to sr. Executive mr. Hardik sir and he said the same and i explained him the scenario that there may be the right product left in home as there is a chance my mom sending the another spectacles as they're same looking. After explaining to him i asked him to arrange a call on 1st aug so that i can confirm to parents wether this was the scenario. I on 1st aug confirmed coolwinks that right ones are with me and my parents are ready sending it to coolwinks address so that you can check it and asked me to send you apologies as it was mistaken they've # by same appearance of frames. My one of friend with coolwinks registered number: [protected] said that the same case was with him times ago and he sent the products to coolwinks.
                              Please accept the frames and check and refund my parents hard earned money as they're in tention. On top of that coolwinks executives are saying that my past order was also wrongly sent, but i confirmed from the receiver of that delivery package was opened and had tape on that. Coolwinks also doesn't provide proper coverings and security sealing of package as amazon, lenskart and flipkart provide good packaging with seal. I request coolwinks to not judge me from past order, as they even didn't brought this issues on that time itself.
                              It's my humble request. We're helpless, please accept apologies from my parents and me and understand and initiate refund sir as i am ready to send right product. Hope you'll understand.

                              The coolwinks pvt Ltd. Reached me through calls and also have sent me a legal notice mentioning to take the complaint back and apologize on behalf of my parents as they've by mistakenly sent the wrong products of coolwinks. I had a word with grievance and nodal officers of coolwinks and decided to take the complaint back as they'll be forwarding ahead to legal team to process the principal refund to me. Thanks.

                                Coolwinks is eyeglasses maker company, now they are doing fraud with thousands of customers.
                                Please don't buy anything from coolwinks. They're not ready to give you refund if you returned your product.

                                They did same with me, i won't shop from coolwinks. They're not refunded my hard earned 2k

                                  I[censored] not refund me my one specs amount or specs i shall complaint against coolwinks on consumer court portal and wrote a letter to pgportal in right of consumer forum

                                  The delivery boy order was delivered soon after delivery
                                  I told delivery boy that the box was open. He said that it came from behind.
                                  I check this one i was surprised the courier was no wrapped with cover or plastic wrap only coolwinks own box with loose seal
                                  I opened the box and saw only one specs in it.
                                  I spoke on the customer chat box at the same time. Mr chatruli rahul promise he will do best for me but no response from coolwink side till today
                                  Mr suman supervisior no any one response
                                  Coolwinks looted me

                                    While purchasing sunglass from coolwinks the amount of rs 266 deducted from my account, but coolwinks saying that they didn't get the payment.
                                    I done the payment through phonepe upi.
                                    I also talked with phonepe. They confirmed that amount successfully credited to the merchant.
                                    I lost my rs 266. Kindly, help to refund my money.

                                        I had a voucher from gp and i used them for purchase via coolwinks, but they didn't delivered the product, saying my number was not reachable and i made a call and gave another number. Now they returned my order. So, i expected a refund, but they are taking 40% of my payment. I have at least made 8 calls. Its pretty sure that this is not the way to treat a customer and hence i need my money back. Or my product. Shopping with this company was completely un satisfactory and i am totally disappointed on the way they treat their customers.
