I recently placed a prepaid order worth 1700 which includes payment for two spectacles along with the lenses. What i received in my order was just one specs in a box which mentions both the pairs as quantity contained. On further contact with the company, they refused to entertain the request and completely denied that there has been a miss on their part. i have been exchanging emails with their team ever since, about the missing pair of spectacles, but all in vain.
