Coolwinks — my cashback is not yet credited

I placed order of eyeglass and sunglass with Coolwinks on 14th may, 2019, after that, Coolwinks customer executive called me, i clearly ask her, 'Is my order eligible for 100% Cashback offer' she replied 'Yes sir, as per terms and conditions, you are eligible. Cashback will be processed 14 days post delivery'. My order was delivered on 20th may 2019 .and Now its 11th, june 2019 but not yet credited my cashback of Rs.1907 . as per their telephonic conversation and terms and conditions they have to give me my Rs.1907 as mentioned in terms and conditions .but they not given my cashback of Rs.1907. i try to contact the coolwinks customer service number but it continuously bussy . Then i send them email but no response from coolwinks they are making such a kinds of frauds with customers. I want my cashback
