[Resolved]  Coolwinks — no refund of order

Ordered a eyeglass on 31st of may.
Price was rs611. I cancelled the order on 3rd and after cancellation contacted them. They told about 48 hours in fact 48 hours passed also. And now they are telling please wait. Refund will be done soon.
Please help me in refund. Please help me consumer forum

I have ordered eyeglasses from. Coolwinks on 8 th delivered on 11 th after 14 days i dont received cashback and so i called customer care they said I m eligible and cashback is received within 24 hrs but till 4 th june i dont get cash back
