Coolwinks — not lifting my call and not responding since several mails

I have booked 2 eye glasses and 2 sunglasses and now I again ordered eyeglasses, but not they didn't even called for verification of prescription, and from the time of order... They didn't even pickedup my call... Or respond for my mails... And one of the eyeglasses were ordered in 100% money back offer, and I also checked with the customer care person that am I eligible for money back, they told yes. I'll receive with in 14 days, now 17days over but not responding ... !!
