Coolwinks — Order is super delayed

We order spects from coolwinks website on 27 July 2021 and thought that it will take 2 to 3 days as there was no ETA mentioned. Since then we been following up and they say that it will delivered in 2 days but that never happened. Without spects its so difficult to manage. ORDER ID: CW[protected]
