Coolwinks — refund not completed nor cashback refunded

Order no. - CW[protected] I had bought a coolwinks glasses and returned them and the return is not yet processed. It is showing retuen. Inituated in the website. Customer care no. Is also not reachable. It has been more than 2 weeks since it is showing return initated but there is no progress till now.

Also, I brought one more glasses where 2000 cashback was to be credited in my account after 14 days. If has been more than 30 days and no amount credited in my account yet. I have call records wherein the team confirmed about the cashback after which only I had placed the order. I would refrain from making any orders from this site in future. They are cheat and making fool of people.
