Coolwinks — regarding my cashback

I have not received my cashback after registering my complaints so many times.My order ids are:-

1.CW[protected]
2.CW[protected]

NOTE:- I HAD NOT USED ANY COUPON CODE OR COOLWINKS CASH.

Today i was denied my cashback saying that i cannot have it becoz i bought zero rupees frame and only paid for glasses.

Please.. please.. please look into this matter.
