Cooperative Housing Society — Area water connection reconfirmation

Dear Sir,

I have 1RK flat on Ground Floor in building of total 8 members out of which 4 flats are 1BHK & 3 2BHK. Builder has provided single water connection in my flat viz Bathroom whereas others have been allotted two lines. One in the Kitchen and another in Bathroom.

Kindly advice does water connection depends of Area of Flat/Type Flat. If yes, kindly provide the related bye-laws to cross check the same.
