I am secretary in Surya cooperative housing society, Navsari, Gujarat. There are around 42 flat owners and 25 shop owners. We have few quarries which is as shown below. Kindly refer it and give me reply.
1. How to stop over threatening of very irregular member. Two members are not giving maintenance from 1 year and one of them is doing rough-and-tumble with us.
2. What is the voting right of the member having 9 flats in general body meeting for governing position.
3. What is the procedure for getting legal documents? Our society is register in 1989. and on this stage we have no legal documents except registration certificate.
4. From when how we can get original bylaws and plan of building?
