Cooperative Housing Society — parking issues in the Society - Pharma Apartments Patparganj.

I have been dealing with parking sapce issues in our society i.e. Pharma Apartments located in Patparganj. Delhi - 110092. The issue for parking allotment for flat B-15/177 is been going since 30/5/2013) but no appropriate response has been provided to the concern raised. Since i have submitted first application to office regarding parking allotment on 30/5/2013 for allotment of 2 car parking for flat B-15/177 and followed up with application on 31/12/2013 with RTI request and many verbal reminders but no action has been taken and issue is been lingered on and now it’s been 15 months and no resolution is been provided instead a temporary solution was provided i.e. parking of flat no. B-14/171 was provided to me so that I can park one of my car in there and I appreciate the step taken by management but since it’s a temporary work around I requested society management to provide permanent parking space for my cars but no resolution was provided. My other car is been parked in the someone else parking space due to other flat members are disturbed. Since flats are vacant at the moment but eventually when owners of flat shift back to their respective flat then I had to vacant their parking space and I won’t be left with parking to park my car in society. Since i had given multiple applications to society in regards to same concern but society management has not done anything and it seems like they deaf. Kindly advise me how resolve this issue since society management is not taking any steps to resolve the matter and due to which i am suffering mental harrassment.
