cordless phone — OD[protected]

I received this order through Shipment Tracking ID: WSRC[protected]. As I keep ordering through Flipkart I didn't check that time presuming that I got the correct item. Now from last 15 days the phone has started giving problem, hence I looked at the manual which is for A490/A495 but at the back of the set it is written A49H. I ordered for A490 and not for A49H. On writing to [protected]@flipkart.com I received reply giving me the policy details and being advised to take it to nearest service station with the invoice copy for repair. Invoice is for A490 and not for A49H. A49H is not even listed in Flipkart site. It was not listed that time too then how can they advise me to go to nearest service station and get it repaired. Its Flipkart duty to take it up with the suppliar, how did they send it without even getting order for this product. I have a feeling that I have landed up paying more than what is actual price of A49H.
