I received this order through Shipment Tracking ID: WSRC[protected]. As I keep ordering through Flipkart I didn't check that time presuming that I got the correct item. Now from last 15 days the phone has started giving problem, hence I looked at the manual which is for A490/A495 but at the back of the set it is written A49H. I ordered for A490 and not for A49H. On writing to [protected]@flipkart.com I received reply giving me the policy details...

TATA IS NO MORE TRUST WORTHY COMPANY AS THEY NOW FULLING THE PEOPLE BY SELLING CHEAP PRODUCTS TO CUTOMERS AND SPOLING THERE NAME AND FAME BOTH.

NO AFTER SALES SERVICE, NO FOLLOW UP, FEEDBACK.

I AM SURE IF THEY START THIS TYPE OF STORES OTHER THEN ASIAN COUNTRY AND NEXT THEY THEY HAVE TO SHUT IT DOWN ONCE FOR ALL.
