Cordlife — Mis Information & Mismanagement

Dear Team,

This is to Inform you that I m writing this with very disappointed & just cause of some miscommunication & Mismanagement from Cordlife end we kind of loosing trust on Cordlife .
We chose you over other stem cells companies because of reviews received from our friends but as our experience is getting worse, I am sorry to say but would be difficult to pass on the Good reviews to our friends & families who are about to be Parents.

Our Issue --
Your representative told us that Our emi of Cordlife plan will start getting debited from August onwards as well as the Automation process amount will also get debited in August .
While issuing the cheques she asked us to keep the date on cheque is of July, when we asked why to keep July date if debit will start in August so she gave some lame reason which we took casually & put July date on cheque.
Now in July we started getting sms like that amount will be debited from your account kindly keep sufficient balance.
1st EMI got debited in July itself instead of August, when we asked the representative then she said that another cheque will be stopped & will get processed in August.
We trusted & allocated our funds accordingly.
Now after few days when we checked our account balance then there was a debit (penalty) made against the cheque not clear due to insufficient balance, which harmed us in two way
1- unnecessary penalty got debited our bank account ( who is exactly liable for it?)
2 - It hit our cibil score .

Which really is kind of frustrating & trust me just because of such Mismanagement companies end up loosing good clients.

I hope you will take necessary action against it.
