I have banked my son's stemcell with cordlife just like my elder brother did for his daughter. Cordlife's service is good. Never find any problem. My brother also never found any difficulty. Cordlife 's customer support system is awesome.

Friends,

I don't have any complaints on the cordlife since i don't have experience with them for long term. I registered in cordlife for stem-cell storage, due to my situation i requested them in 3 days after the stem-cell is collected to stop processing. But i got a reply that they already processed it but later after their reply only i got sms that the stem-cell has reached them. The worst part is i was asked to pay 50%...

Cordlife — Poor company, very poor service, No aftersales cordlife

Cordlife is one company which has no After sales service. Sales team themselves tell that they do not have access or privilege to provide after sales. Ask them where is the service if relationship goes sour and you will hear that sorry, I am not a authorised personal to do so. There is no customer service department et all. Cordlife — Haven't turned up for collection

Hi Everyone,
I have opted for Cordlife, the sales person promised me services which were not in agreement but later on after i signed the agreement and at the time my labour pain, i was calling them contionously in the midnight but nobody turned up and utilmately i could store my baby s stem cell. After bad service i have suggesting that compare all companies before going for it.rather than believe the sales person.

Cordlife — Extremely Poor Service

Experience with CordLife India was extremely bad. We were enrolled to Cordsure Explant Flexi[protected] Rs).The issue started after cordlife representative collected the blood sample on delivery in Oct 2011.

My experience with Cord life has really been bad. My Baby's sample was taken for preservation but later Cord life came back and told that the sample was contaminated and hence does not qualify for storage. There was no specific reason given as to why the sample was contaminated. I have lost a lifetime asset o[censored]mbilical cord and want to penalize them big time for loosing such a lifetime asset........
