I wish I could rate it negative. 6 months ago I bought a mattress, called end number of times because of the defect. The guy came and said its a genuine fault, the mattress will be replaced. Now after a week, I get a call from them saying, repair can be done, but we will not replace. Its a minor problem and only repair will work. If I wish to complain to consumer forum, its my right, I can do that.. but it won't affect them. Got it from SP Stores, DLF City Centre, Gurgaon. Neither the store person is helping nor the come. Both SP STORES and CORFOM are FRAUDS!!! CHEATERS BIG TIME
