16k mattress went lose in 8 months. After multiple complaints and follow ups, the guy comes and says its genuine case, you will get replacement.. I went to sp store, dlf city centre (From where i got the mattress) and he also assured saying it will be replaced. After a week i get a call saying, it is a minot problem, only with the top quilt of the mattress, so we can repair it. Will take it for 3-4 days, stitch a new one and give you back.
How can this be possible if replacement was the solution given in first place. What is the guarantee for? Total frauds! Cheaters!!
When i said i will complain, i got an answer saying, that's your right, go ahead but nothing will help, at least we will repair and give it to you. Was this information helpful? |
