Corfom Complaints & Reviews

I purchased two corfom matteress, which sagged within its guarantee period. Now i have called many times to company and also call to executive also to replace the mattress, but customer care staff is not sending any representative at my home, even after several calls.
I am calling for the last 5 months
No one in the company cares for the customer.
Mattresses are very bad.
Also the service is very bad.
Guarantee is fake.
They do not lodge complaint and they do not give complaint number.
Please do not purchase any item of this company.

I am thinking of going to consumer forum / court.

16k mattress went lose in 8 months. After multiple complaints and follow ups, the guy comes and says its genuine case, you will get replacement.. I went to sp store, dlf city centre (From where i got the mattress) and he also assured saying it will be replaced. After a week i get a call saying, it is a minot problem, only with the top quilt of the mattress, so we can repair it. Will take it for 3-4 days, stitch a new one and give you back.

How can this be possible if replacement was the solution given in first place. What is the guarantee for? Total frauds! Cheaters!!

When i said i will complain, i got an answer saying, that's your right, go ahead but nothing will help, at least we will repair and give it to you.

But after three months that defect come outside
Then i call the company but after visit no response
And ask me diffrent diffrent option.
But when i said pls change it then no body comes to check wht the problem in that mattress
I purchase in march 2015 after 2 year no body solve my issue
Now pls tell me wat i do next
