Corporation Bank — amount not got at the time of atm withdrawal

Amount did not got from the atm while witdrawing amount from corporation bank atm. After transaction, the atm was out of service before i recieve my amount from atm. Please do the needful at the earliest to pay back my amount to my citi bank account. Following are the transaction details
