Dear sir,
I am an a/c holder in your bank bearing s/b a/c no.[protected] and my account has been debited for rs.345/- as atm charges bt i have not at all obtained any kind of atm card from the bank. My advocate have also filed an notice against the the manger of the branch and to the zonal head but no any response have been given, pls kindly credit the same and do needful sir.
Corporation Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
It is one of the pathetic service I have ever faced.Customer care no. is not working as it will ask you wait in queue and line gets disconnected automatically

      A. Without any formal letter or a legal notice; how can the bank trespass and take photos of the house without our permission.

      B. I have proof that the said account has been regularized from april 2014 onward and that remittances are being made regularly.

      C. There has been an outstanding only for one year which has been explained in detail vide my letters to the branch authorities.

      D. Also, the tenure of loan period is up to 2022.

      Whilst this being the case; without any letter/intimation/legal notice how can they barge into the house and take photos??

      Note: spoken to mr. Jagannathan, manager - law, corporation bank zonal office, bangalore - he says it's under law to do a silent protest holding placards (It seems it is legal - persuasion method)

        महोदय मुझे मार्च से मई ब्रांच से ATM card के लिए दौड़ाया​ गया, अप्रैल में मेरी डिलिवरी थी, 24 मई को ATM ब्रांच से ही मिला लेकिन उसी फार्म में नेट बैंकिंग का विकल्प होते हुए भी और कहने पर भी सुविधा नहीं दी गई और किसी और दिन आने को कहा गया
        आज 29 मई को अपने देवर को फार्म दे के भेजा तो फिर मुझे बुलाया गया कहा गया सुरक्षा के लिए ऐसा किया जा रहा है
        अगर ऐसे ही परेशान करना है तो क्यों न खाता बंद कर दूं

            I had applied for Agricultural land mortgage loans. We had registered our land on Corp bank and manager said that all process done you will receive a loan amount in one week but now its almost a month now they are saying that now agricultural manager will come and visit your place

            First agricultural manager should visit and then only they supposed to proceed for loan right. Moreover the manager is not responding any of our clarification

              i applied credit card on 7th of march 2017 now there is 21st may 2017, may time ask for credit card to branch manager he gives nothing to right answer, kindly tell me can i getting card yes or no.                 Dear sir,
                I have a retail account bearing account number [protected] in kuthethoor bracnh, mangalore. I am unable to do add beneficiary within bank. It is not listing the name even after entering the required details.
                I have been trying to contact. No response.

                Pl rectify immediately.
                Absolutely no support and i an facing this issue for the last couple of months. Its the horrible service, i would have closed my account if it had not been a salary account.

                Do take immediate action.

                Sir I am facing a serious trouble since 2 month .. the EDC machine is not working at all . I have registered complaint in your toll free no . But I am not satisfied with the response and still the EDC machine is dead . I am worried as this problem is drastically affecting my business . So please do the needs as fast as possible.

                  Sir, I Mr. Navnarayan Vyas hereby request you to look into the matter that refund of my income tax was by mistake of bank credited to others account. My account number is.921266 and amount was credited to account number 921226 a widow lady. When i personally meet the branch manager he told the refund rejected and go to income tax office. I contacted to income tax officer he told that amount is already paid. Than my Client. C.A son written email s to bank manager. In between old manager transferred to other branch and new manager came and seen so many emails. After deep enquiry by new manager he find that amount is already credited to others. Than he told us that your amount is used by that lady and she promised to pay amount in instalment. I accept that but after marriage than two years full amount is not credited to my account. Please look into the matter and do the need full. Thanx.

                    This bank is the worst i have seen ever. They neither bother about their work nor help customer to utilise the facilities. Right from the attender to the cashier all are lazy and even they scold at customers. They are not responding for customer problems. It takes more than an hour to withdraw my money. They even mishandle the money. Bank transactions entry in my passbook are not true. They are manipulated.

                      I have sent money Rs. 20, 000 (Twenty thousand Only) from my Corporation
                      Account(Account Number: [protected]) through PhonePe (YES BANK) to my
                      another account- Indian Overseas Bank (A/C No. [protected],
                      Sankarapuram). But it was not transferred to my IOB account and transaction
                      was failed, but the amount was debited from corporation account and not
                      returned. Please consider this and ensure the repayment of rs 20, 000.I already send that issue many times as E-mail through concerned Corporation Bank (V.Kootu Road). But There is no response from your sight.

                        I have withdrawl an amount of 2000/- from south indian atm located in cannought place but I haven't received any amout due to network issue of ATM, and the amount was deducted from my account. I wait for 24 hour to get the amount credit in my account but not got. Also, i went to corporation bank branch and give the application to refund but the staff was not supportive.Also i have asked when should i get in touch for the update then told that they don't know. What the rubbish was that. I was very disappointed with that bank seriously. Please help me to solve this matter asap, as i m not getting any response from the bank.

The problem is on 27/04/2017 i do a transaction with bookmyshow through my payzapp with my corporation bank debit card but the transaction was failure. So the payzapp gave auto reversal to my account. But the reversal amount 615.00 rupees was not credited in my bank account till now.

                            For the payzapp successful transaction they give reference number to me.

                              I was trying to with draw 9000/- from Andhra bank ATM on[protected], and the transaction got fail but 9000/- deducted from account, I went to home branch and ive given complaint through online now it is[protected] but till today there is no response from the bank, and no mail from online kindly help me get my money back and guide me to follow the exact procedure.

                                Today, I swiped my card during a purchase, the transaction failed three times, and funds got deducted twice from my account, the amount being Rs.440 twice.
                                So an amount of Rs. 880 should get back to my account. The shopkeeper said it should get back to my account soon but it has not, so I thought I should leave a complaint.
                                This is not the first time, this has happened before. I have lost Rs. 500/- earlier also. Out of three transactions of Rs. 500/- they asked me which amount has got refunded and which not, that is not something I will know. I got refunded twice, third time I haven't but how can I assure which transaction got refunded and which not?

                                    I shopped from myntra using phonepe to pay. Amount of rs.1213.10 was deducted from the account but transaction failed. I complained to both myntra and phonepe. After showing them my bank statement for not refunding, they both are requesting me to file a charge back form, but corporation bank doesn't have that facility and when asked they said after the transaction is done, bank has nothing to do with it. And both the companies are requesting me to send them the charge back form. Please help me through the further process.
