Dear sir i was supposed to receive a refund of Rs 339 from Amazon.in on 5th October 2020. I had paid the same via Debit card and they had processed the same on 29th September 2020. so by now it should be reflecting in my account. I have also filled a form and submitted it physically in the bank 20 days back. Amazon have already initiated the refund from their end and the reference number is 30005402740272147010557

The bank has still not credited the refund from their side. The amount has already been debited from Amazon's side. This happened twice with me and one time with Paytm too. I think this bank is a fraud and is looting it's customers hard earned money. The government should take strict actions against a fraudulent bank.

My refund over 1000 rs not cone

On 18/10/2020 I had tried to withdraw RS.10000 (1: 56 pm) from SBI atm at niti vihar Sultan Puri ATM id. HFBC[protected]. During the txn atm electricity was shutdown and show black screen after waiting while I didn't receive any amount or any receipt from ATM . After that i received sms of Rs. 10000 is debited From my account ..dear sir i already given written application to our home branch and took follow up as well. but they told me you have to wait 1 to 3 months to getting back money ..why should i wait upto 3 months ... As per RBI Guideline the time duration for getting back money is 7 working days only and after that, the bank will be liable to pay Rs.100 per day as compensation...today is 31/oct/2020 but still my amount is not credit back to my account..i need this money very urgent basis. kindly resolve my problem. And credit back my money urgent basis

I have ordered one product in amazon unfortunately it was damaged at he time of dispatched. Amazon said that my refund amount cleared on 10.oct.2020 but it is not reflect in my account till now. I have raised a mail along with required document. still it is pending from corporation bank.

On 8/10/2020, i have ordered a canon ixus hs camera from amazon and did online transaction from my saving account of Corporation Bank. After 3-4 days i got message from amazon that my product is not delieverable so it got cancelled and refund will be initiated in 3-4 working days. On 18/10/2020 the refund was debited to my account as per amazon site shows. But i have not received any money and its been around 13 days.

I placed an order using my Corporation Debit Card on Amazon on the September 17th 2020 but later I returned the product and Amazon processed the refund of Rs.2825 on the Oct 8th 2020. Normally it takes about 5 business days and I should have got my refund. But, nothing till date..

So, as usual I contacted Amazon customer care, they sent an email with the "Refund Reference # 30005402830261098095361" number and asked me to contact the bank customer care. So, I first call the customer care for corp bank, the agent just shooed me off with an email address. I sent an email with a refund request and I didnt get a reply.. So, I call customer care for the bank again, they said nothing can be done on their end so I need to contact the branch.

I write a letter and go to the bank branch but the manager asks me to forward the complaint I sent earlier to the bank which I did... He sends it inturn to the concerned team and they reply to me stating the following:

Generally refunding firms give a standard reply that the process is done but they do not pass on the funds to the receiver bank i.e., our bank in this case

REFUND files are processed on a daily basis by the bank on receipt through NPCI. Until receipt of funds the credit to our bank the same does not appear in the account of the customers

Recheck and reapproach the sender institution and provide them the account statements copy for redressal

So, why would someone fake a refund reference number?
Where do I go now?

I call back Amazon and they suggested filing a complaint here.
