I regret to write that the Delhi Jal Board, Delhi Government,has approved and auhorised various Banks to accept Delhi Jal Board Water Bills from Consumer, including the Corporation Bank. But both the authorities lacked in co-ordination and the paid bills are shown as arrears in the next bill. It is causing un-necessary harassment, mental agony and compels the consumer to run to both the offices for adjustmen- t of paid amount. Why the consumer is being troubled for their deficiency in service. Quoting example I deposited Rs. 1140/- against bill no. 202906 dated 1.11.2010 with Corporation Bank AM-10, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi.110088, the same amount was shown as Rs. 1197/- as arrears in Bill No. 309669 dated 24.01.2011, I had to run from pillar to post for correcting the same. Please take action against the staff responsible and stop harassment to the consumer. I could not receive any feed back pertaining to my complaint posted since long, your early reply will be highly appreciated.
Regarding the aforesaid complaint, wherein lack of co-ordination between Delhi Jal Board and Corporation Bank was reported. No concrete reply or action has been intimated. This resulted in the continuation of the paid bills shown as arrears till today. Now fed up with no action from your side, I had personally visited the Dy Director of Delhi Jal Board at Varunalaya, Jhandewalan and wasted my whole day in correcting the water bills with the department. They could not offer any suitable reply for lack of co-ordination. I have observed the mess created in the Computer department in Room No. 203, the men on work have no time in attending to the consumers. It is suggested that the online consumer complaints said to be Indian consumer complaints forum may please be shut down, when you are not taking any action on any complaints forwarded on line. It will avoid wastage of consumer time and energy in forwarding the complaint to you. Thanking you... R K Nanda

    Hello,

    I am Ashwin Kucheriya. I am an Indian doing MS in the US university.
    For my education my parents had sent me a wire transfer of Rs.40000 from Union Bank of India(Latur,Maharashtra) to M&T Bank (US Bank) which comes via Corporation Bank.
    Due to incorrect account no details I did not receive the wire transfer. Also Union bank is not able to trace that wire transfer.
    Corporation Bank also is not replying for my complain since 20 days. It has been more than 3 months, I dont know where that money is?
    I don't know whom to contact in this situation as both the banks (Union Bank of India and Corporation Bank) are not at all helpful.
    Being a student this amount is a big amount for me.

    I expect a positive reply as this has caused a great problem.

    CORPORATION BANK — Wrong Transferred on 17.08.2010

    I BADAM KRISHNA MURTHY SB 01003159 Branch GHCHIBOWLY, Corporation bank.

    sir The bank gave me pass book wrong printed RTGS number SB01003 but RTGS number is SB01003159. Before Bank correction the RTGS Number i gave to my customer Mr T.Prashanth Kumar, ICICI Bank, Kharkhana Branch.

    So The person Mr T.P Kumar Transfor amount 30000 ( Thirty Thousand Rupees Only) on 17.08.2010 to SB01003 which i take from the bank. But tronfored payment is not received in my account because of wrong RTGS number.

    The customer Mr T.P kumar Saying Fund Tronsfored successefully. So i went and compliant to my Branch corporation bank,Ghachibowly branch, The manager told me as we need mail (THIS IS THE REASON ) from icici bank to corporation bank MUBAI

    Then Afer i can solve.

    i informed to my customer he also complaint to icici bank ,The icici bank mailed to concern department they told we send mail to concern deportment, i asked my branch the manager told me not recevied, They take time 10 days but not solved the problume.

    iam suffering with my strucked amount. This is my problume please solve my problume as soon as posiible.

    I opened a super sb acccount at johnstonganj allahabad branch no 012761 on 28 04 2016 on same day i asked for platinum atm card, till today i have no information for why i have not get my atm card, where my atm card issued or not and not issued for why pease tell me its very urgent

      I have submitted 2 cheques amounting Rs 23000 (Approx) in
      Corporation Bank Barabanki Branch on Monday (03/01/2011) against my
      account no. SB30181(Bank Code:567).Which yet not cleared.Where is the
      problem as after 5 days the pay order issued by Share Khan not yet
      credited.Please help in credit the same.They are asking again & again to contact base branch.Where as I am in noida & the said branch is in Lucknow.Both
      landline numbers mentioned in site is wrong.Please help in forwarding
      the same to concern persons

        Sir, i am Gaurav Jha . SBI user. sir on 9th NOV 2010 i withdrew my money from Bangalore a Corporation Bank ATM BTM Layout Branch that was 3400 Rs. but due to technical problem with machine on that time thats why i didn't get my money but it show deduction in my main balance.i complained that in Corporation bank by application and they commitment to me that i'll get my money within 12 days and also told to contact my SBI branch. two days ago i come back to my home town and contact for that and SBI officer told me to contact Corporation Bank of Bangalore,and told that i am helpless cant do anything. now a days i am loitering about banks for my money. please help me .my CARD NO. [[protected]] my A/C. no is [[protected]] . i am also sending receipt of that transaction which was canceled and it is clearly mentioned on receipt. please help me .i have wasted my much time so now it is unbearable because i belong to a middle family . i am waiting for your response.my email id [protected]@gmail.com my contact no.         I was entered my ATM’s twice in CorpBank – ATM, CITY CENTRE, DURGAPUR, COBN057602 on 22/09/2009, time:10:47 am ., first time ATM has been looked and nothing has given response, after few minutes Cards has come out but no payment has made and balance has not printout . Next again after I was enter the Card and same things was happed but no response has got .
        After that I went to near SBI ATMs, displayed the balance has been deducting my money Rs. 2000.00 .
        I went to The Branch Manager, CorpBank, Banachity, Durgapur . The manager was told sir, don’t worry within 48 hours your money will be adjusted . But still I have not returned my money, and also I am busy my own jobs . But every day I am checking my ATM Balance amount still was same as.
        Sir, please see the matter and do the need fully to me .

            Dear Sir,
            This is to bring to your notice that I had issued a cheque no. 784312 dated 28th April 2010 for Rs 55000/- from my Corporation Bank CLSB account No 990146 in favour of Mr Deepak Agarwal who is having account with Standard Chartered Bank.Mr Deepak Agarwal dropped this cheque in the dropbox of Stanchart Bank at Sector 18 NOIDA.
            Mr Agarwal later on checking his account realised that the cheque never got credited to his account and informed me about it.On checking with Corporation Bank it was revealed that the said cheque was debited from my account on 1st June 2010 but was presented from Syndicate Bank Khanpur branch in the name of one Mr Mohan Singh Manral who is not known to me.
            A written complaint was submitted to Manager Corporation Bank,Vasundhara Enclave Branch on 26th June 2010 and they in turn wrote to Syndicate Bank to resolve the issue.But so far the matter remains unresolved and Manager Syndicate Bank is totally uncooperative.They are not even willing to show the original cheque where the name has been changed.
            On the other hand,Standard Chartered bank has taken a stance that the cheque was never dropped at their dropbox at NOIDA and we need to give them a proof of dropping which i am unable to provide as its beyond my capability to prove it.
            I have a copy of all the correspondence so far between me and the concerned banks which can be submitted later if required as I am unable to attach them with this letter.However I can be contacted on phone [protected] and Mr Deepak Agarwal on phone [protected].
            In view of the foregoing I would humbly request you to intervene in this matter and have the issue resolved earliest to enable me to get back my money.

                Hi,

                This is very sad to inform you that i had opened a savings account in HASSAN Corporation bank in the name of my mother Savithramma B M in the month of july22- 2010 depositing 1000 Rs, till today we didn’t get the ATM Card and had been to BANK it self to verify around 8-10 times. Once I’ve complained to the Bank manager too. The reply we get even today is that the ATM card has been sent to some wrong address with same name. I asked to discontinue the account they said they will deduct some amount as penalty.

                I am tired now & I would be taking this to consumer court for harassing my old mother making her to roam to BANK many times.

                    i applied for the clerical job in corporation bank on 10th of july and paid Rs206. the exam was scheduled on 12th of september. the call letter i recieved by mail mentioned the adress as:

                    i searched but this place called hattarpur not exist in delhi as a result i was not able to write the exam.

                      i had account in arekere gate branch 15days back i applied for net banking of my account if i changed my PW & uth when change day are worked but second day it is not working. if correct id & pw enter the system are shown wrong. I tried lot of times

                          Dear Sir,

                          I Uday Bhaskar having salaried account in Corp Bank and oparating the same since 1.5 years. Unfortunatly i forgot to take my ATM card from the mechine after completion of my money transaction, taking this an advantage an unknown person has continued the same transaction and withdrawn Rs.6000/- from my account.

                          I given a writen complaint as well requested the bank authorities to give the CC cam video clippings for identifying the culprit. After continuous follow up bank people came with a reason stating that the ATM center has not covered and CC cam survilience. If i could get that video tape i will submit the same in the known detective agency and find out that person.But now i am helpless.

                          Tell me what should i do? Is the bank people can take the responsibility for this since it happend in side the ATM center?

                            I have issued a cheque no.367058 amounting Rs 7125.00 in f/o GFP School, which has been cleared by bank personals amounting Rs 9125.00 instead of Rs 7125.00. Rs 2000.00 has been more paid to the school by banks. Before this similar or others serious mistakes has also been done by the staff of NVM branch of corporation bank. which I ignored. Kindly arrange to take action against this branch and credit my amount with compensation as penalty to them.

                              I, Rajesh Kumar Tiwari holding Saving Account No. 0481/SB/01/012699 with Corporation Bank 0481, New Friends Colony Branch Delhi wanted to withdraw Rs.1500/- from Axis Bank ATM, Sarita Vihar , ATM ID S1AN04915 at 19.02 hours on 14/04/2010 , (Vide TXN No. 487889, ATM Card No. [protected]) but I could not receive money, due to some problem in the ATM. I have notice that an amount Rs. 1500/- has been debited from my account.

                              I have lodged complain with Corporation Bank, New Friends Colony Branch on 26.04.2010 but till date the problem has not been resolved.

                              Therefore, I would request you to resolve the matter and arrange to credit Rs.1500/- to my savings account without further delay.

                                  Reg: Double swiping Debit Card No [protected]

                                  I have a S B Account bearing No 1013 in the Khar West branch in Mumbai of Corporation Bank.

                                  The above mentioned debit card is linked to this account.

                                  On 1/12/2009 I have made purchases at Milan Mall, Santacruz West, Mumbai for Rs 1683/-

                                  However, the amount has been debited TWICE from my account as can be seen from the statement extracted from online banking balance query.


                                  01/12/2009 POS Payment, 996120 TRF 1,683.00 1,43,869.28

                                  01/12/2009 POS Payment, 454701 TRF 1,683.00 1,42,186.28

                                  On enquiries Big Bazaar and merchant banker have informed me that they have NOT received extra payment.

                                  Corporation Bnk Bangalore Debit Card Helpline has asked me to write to local branch about the matter.

                                  I have written to the local branch on 30th December 2009 and reminded the local branch several times BUT THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED OR ACKNOWLEDGED EVEN.

                                  Kindly inform what I have to do further.

                                    If you blocked your account by wrong password entered 3 more times (And you remembered after this issue) ...I can help you...

                                    Pls follow below things...
                                    * First check with your user id and password...
                                    * If you attempted 3more times, your user id will be blocked.

                                    So we need to unblock your user id. For that you should call[protected] / 1554 / 1555. You will be connected to the customer care executives and give your user id and account number.
                                    So after 1 hour the user id will be unblocked. Afterwards you can login your id with your original password which you have remembered the password.

                                    But if you can't remember the password, you should go the concern branch and contact branch manager...

                                      I have applied for a Car Loan from Corporation Bank.The Loan Proposal has been lodged citing the reason
                                      that According to CIBIL Data Report i have availed Two-Wheeler Loan in 2004.and also an another Auto Loan from some other bank where the loan a/c is overdue.As a matter of fact I have never availed any Loan from any other Bank.I have neither been co-borrower and Guarantor in any type of such loans.My PAN card no. is BEOPS8773P .and my date of birth is[protected].Please rectify the database of my PAN card at the earliest so that the CIBIL Database shows actual record and my loan can be sanctioned.

                                        I have account corporation bank Rayadurg Branch. My card was caputured in Hyderabad Nallkunta branch. i was requested to customer care to block my card. they were blocked. after that i received my card in RAYADURG branch. After that i was requested so many times please unblock or Activate my card as soon as possible i was requested since one month also they were didn't respond.
