Sir/Madam,
I had ordered an item in Amazon on 21/09/2020. I have initiated the payment by my corporation debit card but, I cancelled that order by the next day. On 05/10/2020 I got a message from Amazon that my money was refunded but, till now it is not credited to my bank account. I also consulted to Amazon customer care they told that it is already refunded by us. They told that your money is strucked somewhere in your bank server. I also visited to nearby branch of corporation Bank but they didn't responded well. Then I was told to fill a dispute form and also post a complaint. Please credit my amount as soon as possible as it's very essential for me.

I ordered a Product of RS 4000 on amazon on 29 September 2020 and I cancelled that Product on same Date. According to Amazon they initiated the Refund on the same date and the Refund Expected to be Reflected on my account number was 4 oct 2020 but Refund has not been reflected in my account yet. I contacted amazon customer service and they gave me REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER - 30005402740273112348873 and Said contact Bank With this RRN number....

This is regarding the cash withdrawal from Union Bank ATM on 10/09/2020 as I have tried to withdraw Rs.500 [two time x2 =1000] from Union Bank's ATM located in Bilimora Place and after entering details in ATM I got the SMS stating "Thanks for withdrawal of Rs.500 & 500 but in that machine the cash was not available so I haven't received the cash from that machine.
According to bank policies the amount should be refunded in my same account within maximum 24 hours but still I haven't got my refund amount.
So I request you to refund my amount asap.

I have done a payment or Rs.1048.98 for mydesignation.com via Razorpay. The company cancelled the order and the refund was issued form their end. But I haven't received the refund yet.

I did a transaction to amazon on 27 july 2020 but it failed and my account is debited when i complained to my bank they gave me one month period but its already two months and don't get my amount back yet branch manager said sir we mailed head office but they dont respond what we can do sir its my money and you take it.is this a way to treat your customer?please refund my money

Being a well reputed bank across the country, i thought to go ahead for home loan with corp. Bank which is now merged and renamed to union bank.

Back in 2017 hen i applied the housing loan it got sanctioned as desired and it was agreed that the loan amount will be disbursed based on the stage wise. But when i personally looked into this there was almost 70% of my loan amount already transferred to builder without any approval from my end. Also, i am surprised to that the construction did not even happen.

Physically my flat was not even started and it is almost 3yrs the there is no construction and money has been deposited to builder account. When we further investigated, there was total scam of around 25crores and the md of the company is absconding.

No police is having dare to take the complaint and they are not even attempting to help us. We filed a case in rera on the builder as well as in rbi on the bank.
Now bank is asking me to pay emi and my cibil score is drastically down. Can someone help or advise to sort this out?

Then i had asked and given complent letter to the branch staff but they are not accepting the letter, and they are saying the transaction is showing that it is successfully done so we can't help you,

But i had not successfully done this transaction
Please help me to get refund.

Dear sir,
I satyapal anand purchased a shop from e-auction of corporation bank held on 28.11.2018 and was issued a sale letter for the same by the bank on 08.02.2019 vide reference number or/maya/auction/114/2018-19.
At the time of handing over the possession of the shop, i was misguided by the bank officials that i can get the shop registered in my name at any time. But after 6 (Six) months when i approached the concerned registrar office of our area, i was told that the time limit to get the sale deed registered was 120 days from the issue of sale letter.
Since then, i have approached the branch manager of corporation bank (Mayapuri branch) several times for the re-validation of the sale letter so that i can get the sale deed registered in my name. I am 70 years old and doesn't keep good health. I, therefore, request the concerned authority to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest and oblige.

First issue:
In 2017, i received a mail from the branch to submit a form to change my roi to mclr. I received this mail on march 21, 2017. At that time i was not in the country and hence i sent a scanned copy of the form. The mail was sent on march 27, 2017 by me.in march 2018, i received a call from the branch saying that i havent submitted the form. This means for one year i have been paying a higher interest rate for a mistake done by the branch staff of not checking their mails. This was totally unfair and i raised a complaint in the corpbank forum (Ticket number [protected]). They closed the case saying that the interest rate has been changed to mclr. The complaint was that the interest paid in excess to be settled. I raised another complaint and that was never answered. Please, this is a clear case of fraud.

Second issue
Couple of days back, i wanted to check on my loan statement and i realized that from the last four months, the loan has not been paid at all. This is because my si from another bank to transfer funds had expired. Can you imagine that my loan was in overdue while i actually had sufficient funds to pay for it? The cause for this is there was no single reminder to tell me that my loan payment has failed for several attempts. If i had not checked, this would have continued forever and i would not have known. This is pathetic service from the bank. Fortunately i could see this and make the necessary payments. I am not sure how many customers like me would also be facing such issues. One mail will solve all the problems.

From february months onwards every month more than 1000 rupees is debited in my account, i informed to bank and customer service also it is my salary account only and i am not take any financial services outside and bank loans also, but every body telling it is bajaj finance amount debited

Yesterday i used upi payment for my purchases time 22:26:09 on 8th august 2020 till now the payment is in pending stage why it is taking lot of time to realize the amount.

I have made a complaint to the corporation bank but no one is responded, if this is the situation then why this consumer complaint forum for taking complaints.

Manager did not intimated regarding difference of interest rate on gold loan. So that we paid extra money, and also manager gave reckless answer about question. Kindly look after the problem otherwise we will change our bank account.

There was this agency that conned me into paying them Rs.15000 to claim a refund and I was told that was because Corporate/Corporation bank accounts need a minimum of Rs.[protected] in order for the amount to be transferred. They told its necessary to generate a transaction ID on the basis of which they will rewire the amount into my account. I followed their steps as instructed, they told me to create a new account on the UPI, give it my name and transfer Rs.10 via it. Then, repeated the same process and told me to transfer Rs.15000. I stupidly did. And then, they told me the amount is hung on the server and they will do it with the current procedure and transaction will happen in an instant, for that, they asked to manage another Rs.25000 just for a while. DO NOT GET ON WITH SERVICES IF YOU HAVE LITTLE DETAIL ABOUT THE COMPANY!!!
