My mother-in-law smt. Krishna devi was maintaining a sb account no. [protected] with corporation bank, branch office: hisar (Haryana) for drawal of old-age pension disbursed by social welfare department haryana state. We submitted the intimation of death of smt. Krishna devi on 06.06.2017 to the branch and requested to settle the claim amount in favor of nominee smt. Neeta dhingra. On receiving sms on the registered mobile we approached the branch on 07.09.2017 to get the dd of settlement of the due balance lying in the above deceased account-holder. A madam namely mrs. Pushpa who was working as section in charge of corporation bank branch office hisar has rudely in a loud pitch replied that the account is not yet closed and no dd is prepared. I reiterated that an sms in my mobile indicate that the account is closed. The madam mrs. Pushpa again loudly and violently asked me to show the sms and when i shown her the sms she asked the peon to deliver him dd; meaning thereby that she intentionally and deliberately was harassing me. I honestly did not know if i had somehow done something wrong or if she was having a bad day but this is not a way to treat clients and customers and i strongly protest it. Being aggrieved from the rough behavior on the part of that lady i went to the cabin of branch manager shri ravinder singh (Tel. No.[protected] to explain my grievance where the same lady also immediately came and loudly and rudely said to me that whether she should give paper for making a written complaint. But the manager has not paid any heed to my complaint about the rude behavior of madam mrs. Pushpa. Before leaving the branch premises, i politely again asked to said madam to let me know the reason of such a harsh behavior to me and motivated her to simply offer regret to me for the above wrong acts on her part for redressal of my grievances. Instead she again loudly cried in anguish tone “to do whatever you like” in the presence of the guard of the branch. The guard too instead of consoling me about the incident has also dealt me badly. I request you to please look into the matter and take disciplinary action against the above erring officials so that such a nuisance activity is not repeated in the branch and inform me the outcome of the course of action.
