Corporation Bank — debited money from my account

I m lisha srivastav... I m a medical student... My mom is my single parent. Sir we r from lower middle clas family.in mrng we have 15000 rupees in my account credited for my furthur study. But certainly a msg comes that ur amount hav only 11000 n sir i hav also registered a complaint abt that in bank and after then also in evening money is debited. I badly need that money for my fee. Sir please help me. Please
