I bring to your kind consideration that two of my NEFT transactions are failed wherein money has been deducted but not received by the beneficiary.

I have raised the issue before too but it is really disturbing that its not being resolved.

The details of the transactions are as follows.

1. Reference NO: IRG059655 Dated: 12.03.2018 Amount: Rs. 20, 000

2. Reference No: IRG724805 Dated: 07.05.2018 Amount Rs. 20, 000

Kindly resolve the issue and do the needful
