Corporation Bank — harassment for making a inactive account to make it active. | |||
I am pradeep kumar padhy. My wife is anita kumari padhy. We are having joint account which is active. But my wife 's single account is inactive. When we requested them for activating it with an application. Bank gave account opening form for kyc. Filled the form. Attached the aadhar card no with photo too with the application duly signed as done while opening the account. She asked for aadhar card original which i gave it. Then she asked pan card original. I didn't had at that time. So i told him that pan card original is not required for activating but she declined & returned me back. To manager too i requested but he too denied putting me into more trouble by asking me to bring the a/c holder. I requested him that i am her husband and having joint account since 20 years in your bank. She the bank assistant too checked, verified the signature of a/c holder. A/c holder is working and ur bank closes at 2.30. So that is the difficulty. But he didn't listen to me at all even though i showed him the papers where the assistant signed & verified. My wife's a/c is - 0639/sb/01/002912 inactive. Joint account with me - 0639/sb/01/012527. My expectations Manager has to be considerate rather an unreasonable. Was this information helpful? | |||
