Corporation Bank — I am complaining due to not getting refunds from paytm payment bank

I have ordered a product due to some reasoni have cancelled the paytm people have done the refund successfully on 7th feb 2018 by 10:19am of rs 45246₹ but the amount still not reflected into my bank account more the then 4 days have passed i have sent email with complete details but still there is no response
For the mail many customer say that you don't respond to any complains please
Do it as we are depending on you people.
