Corporation Bank — Misbehaved by your employee

I would like to bring it to your kind notice that i have got worst experience in corporation bank, Ashok Vihar. I am putting my concerns for your perusal and immediate action.

Today I went corporation bank to check few new students acount details and bring passbook so I approached ur employee for this
I have name of student, father's name, mother's name and date of birth
I gave the detail to your employee
But she told me
i can not check the detail due to luck of information for checking account detail
I requested u please check mam
Other wise I will to come any other day
She replied me
I don't want see your face again ( tum itne Sundar nahi ho ki aapko bar bar bulaya jaye)
I'm shocked after hearing this kind of word by well educated person
Please give advice to learn same manners
