Corporation Bank — neft amount not credited

I have purchased a mobile from amazon. Due to some problem i returned the mobile back on 04/09/17. For refund process i have given my corporation bank account details.. They also refunded money back to my corporation bank account but still now fund not reflected in my account. So again i contacted with amazon customer service they said to fail the charge dispute on given reference no. But bank people not given any proper response. Kindly suggest in this issue as earliest
