My request for confirmation of the transaction done by me on 6.8.17 9.56am through atm at dombivli e br amt 15000 card no [protected] for cc tv footage is pending with mumbai central br/ ho.
As due to technical mistake no any transaction was shown in system till 8.9.17. But bank debited rs.15000 after one month without information to me or branch on enquiry at branch manager was unable to inform reason up to 8 days.
Hence my above request is pending. You are therefore to resolve this issue. As my above request is still pending with mumbai central br and h o.

I tried to contact your Bank officials at Sirohi District, rajasthan regarding Loan services and they hung up on me Saying they don't have time to talk.
And this they did two times.
If your bank Behaves in Such a manner. Its a Shame.
