Corporation Bank — non receipt of cash from corporation bank atm-tambaram sanatorium branch

Today 2nd december 2018 at 9.30 am, we went to the corporation bank atm located at tambaram sanatorium and used canara bank debit card no.[protected]- card holder name v. Meenakshi, for a cash withdrawal of rs.7000/- system showed the message processed but no amount came out.
Kindly look into this matter and give credit of rs.7000/- to my sb account number[protected] immediately.
I once again request you sir, to do the needful.
