Corporation Bank — refund dispute

Hello sir,

I had done transection with ksrtc for booking my journey from pune to belgaum, using net banking.

Unfortunately trip was canceld due to some reason, refund was generated from other end ie, from ksrtc but i did not got money in my account. Iam sharing the transection detail with you in attachment.

Please go through the attachment and solve my query as soon as posible
