Corporation Bank — refund from amazon

I have ordered a phone from amazon. But my order was cancelled. So amazon returned my payment of rs. 5998 on 10 august. But payment does not reflect back in my account. My refund reference number is[protected]. I contact to amazon several time but they said my payment is done by them. Bank also said we have no option to check this from reference number please refund my payment as soon as possible. I think that change of account number from 14 digit to 15 digit is issue. Please do
